But seriously, that’s a significant point you’ve made there; given that chronic procrastination is these days (rightly) considered more a mental health issue than someone simply being lazy, it’s an apt approach… “Do one thing today to make your tomorrow a bit less shitty - one day you’ll realise your days are no longer shitty at all!”
