Hey y'all! I’ve been following Cycle since the beginning, and it's so rad to see Cycle 2.0 a year following their first launch on Product Hunt. Building products is literally the greatest thing ever, but then you get your first user and you're stuck having to deal with *users*. Gross. Personally, I try to build products with zero users and you'll never have any bugs or issues! If, on the off chance you do want to build something for actual humans to use, dealing with those users and their feedback is really the whole ballgame. And it's a huge stress point, because you want to spend hours on every piece of actionable feedback and really connect with your customers, but the more time you do that, the less time you have building the damn thing. That's why I initially invested in Cycle, and that's why I'm so stoked about what they've been building. Support was a big deal when I was at GitHub and GitLab, and ChatOps was no different- that Cycle lets you just react to a Slack message with an emoji and that ties into the original product feedback thread is just... well, *chef's kiss* (actually, why isn't that a real emoji anyway?) I've been using Cycle ever since I joined Lazy and it's seriously changed the way I think about capturing feedback and making it actionable. Cycle makes it so easy to turn feedback into actionable insights that can be addressed in product incredibly quickly. All while still ensuring that your customers are kept in the loop when you launch features addressing their feedback 🙏 The team are fantastic too - incredibly attentive with teams using Cycle and always supportive to see how they can make feedback capture even better! Feedback fatigue Is real! Such a pain to organise. But I don't understand how this tool works exactly. Is it like google forms in slack or? I guess that's my question / feedback. Thanks. Huge pain killer if this works as the marketing describes! 🚀

Absolutely massive, really great job on the past months @mboudoukhane and team. The product got soo freaking clean and polished, but more importantly the value prop is so much clearer than in the past, when you land on the app, the dots connect in your mind instantly. Love the latest launch! It's crazy how Slack has become a central place through which all information flows thanks to their integrations, but that creates a need to extract key information out of Slack to actually use it. Love how Cycle is doing that workflow, extracting user feedback nested in Slack, and making it actionnable. Can't wait to test it out.

The Cycle team is back with a massive update... I checked out the changelog, and it's clear these guys are constantly pushing the boundaries! 🚀 The app is soooo well polished and the experience of using Cycle is an absolute delight. Every aspect of the tool is crafted with care and attention to detail. ✨ The app is soooo useful to capture feedback, extract insights, and communicate releases. 🔄 The new Slack app is the real star of the show as it makes collecting feedback smooth as f**k. I am really impressed with the progress the team made since the initial launch. Took a look at the website & loving your product manifesto :) Is the idea here that we need to onboard our community to slack and Cycle will pick up/digest the feedback?
