Love to see it @_andychung. I've been a fan of making things more transparent and approachable, which is why I love connecting Twitter postings + job profiles, video intros, etc. How do you think this will expand from small groups > whole orgs? What do you want to prove out with small groups first?
@kunalslab Hey Kunal! Our goal is to keep team profiles small, so as organizations scale up, the team profiles would get more granular. E.g. rather than a single design team profile you could have one for "brand design" and "product design", or however the org is structured.

As @mehdi_mulani and I worked on read.cv over the last year, one of our biggest community asks has been how people can use the platform to make great hires for their team.
More than ever job seekers expect to find teams that align with their personal values. Will their manager set them up for success? Will they enjoy spending 8 hours a day with these people?
With Team Profiles we're excited to introduce a toolkit for hiring managers to easily answer these questions. Our simple Q&A format not only takes readers behind the scenes, it also makes it easy to compose a compelling team narrative. As you onboard your team you'll also create proof of work for each individual member.
We've designed Team Profiles for small groups of people — perfect for smaller design, product, or engineering teams embedded within big companies, or startups and studios. Major shoutout to the Figma design team, the Mercury design team, Bakken & Baeck, and Logic + Rhythm for already creating amazing profiles with us.
We are currently onboarding teams to our alpha and we'd love to have you! Teams will be a paid product but we aren't charging just yet as we iterate and learn.

One of the things I really wanted to do when I was at Coinbase was to make a design team site. However, we never could do it due to problems with custom domains and infra and security. This seems like it would be the perfect solution for that!
@yitong_zhang I had a super similar experience at Quip that was a major motivation for this product! We're really aiming for bottoms up adoption for hiring managers so that the voice feels a lil more authentic than the typical big company careers site.
