TL;DR: Custom emoji reactions for Slack, Discord, and/or any other team messaging app you have. Hello everybody! 👋 My name is Blendor & this bad boy right here is called Custom Reactions. ✨ Y'all need the background story on how we came up with it: here at Clover Labs, we're a tight-knit team. I mean, we've been working with each other in various forms throughout the last ten years and still haven't seriously injured each other - this should count for something. In these years, we've seen quite some things, built a thing or two, and, most importantly, had (and still have!) fun along the way. You know, "all work and no fun makes Jack a dull boy" - or Blendor, Luka, Simon, or anybody else. We've developed a unique understanding of each other during this time, like a secret lingo comprised of funny moments and internal jokes. Our Slack is full of custom reactions with a rich history behind them: reminders of memorable events, funny situations, extraordinary people - every day, our actions add to the collective lore of Clover Labs. As they say, Rome wasn't built in a day - the same thing goes for teams: through mutual good and bad experiences, a team is shaped, grows, and evolves. Along this process, the same happens with our communication - OK, enough with the dry corpo talk: c'mon man, it's 2021 and you still don't have custom emojis for your team?! 🤔 Hop on the magical train of emojis, introduce your office elders to the meme culture and immortalize yourself as a meme, as a symbol - even Bruce Wayne knew he had to don a mask to defeat the bad guys. One quick example here: maybe some of our remote co-workers don't have much contact with me - but they surely know who I am. I'm currently a face on six different emojis in Clover Labs Slack, including myself with blond hair (:blonder:), my face on 1st gen Charizard (:blendizard:) and others. I LOVE this idea, as someone who once uploaded the entire Party Parrot suite to Slack (one by one) this is really something that can bring out the lolz
