@michelepomposo Ciao Michele, Here’s what I’d suggest with Crono: set up multiple lists on FIND using different parameters for the various ICPs you want to validate. Then, experiment with distinct strategies tailored to different Buyer Personas. Give it a couple of weeks, and with Analytics and Reports, you’ll have enough solid data to start getting some real answers. With all this AI enrichment processing personal data. How is the privacy and security of personal data handled?

@sentry_co great question! Privacy and security of personal data are key factors that we considered in everything we built. We put into place several measures to make sure all personal data are protected. Some examples are: we train our models with synthetic data, we anonymize personal data using Variables and context data to personalize messages and we don't use previous communications

@ashitvora we search if contacts or companies exist in the CRM before creating new ones, and we are able to pull from the CRM existing data and enrich them with new information that we find. We invested many resources on improving our synchronization with the CRM in both directions, integrating with webhooks to keep every data aligned. We are also able to identifies already existing duplicates in the CRM to help keep data cleaned.
