awesome stuff Often a fan of transforming something surprising into a subscription service. What is your internal workflow like? Do customers have a "go-to designer" or does the designer who is most suited for the job choose the designs?
@taooz_waheed We have a great team who can handle the tasks. When a customer comes to us, they have their own Trello board to make requests and Slack channel for being contacted.
Customers can request unlimited design requests as they like. We'll always tackle the top request in your queue, and once one design is complete, we'll move on to the next request.
We have a no-meeting policy. Customers may record a Loom for each task or just explain it by typing their request (We have a Trello template for tasks to understand it), and we track it and complete it with a queue. There is no limit to design requests.
