@johan_nilsson Hey Fellow Tech Nerds! 😎 I’m Ruslan, CTO of Convolo.ai I previously worked as a CTO & Technical Co-Founder of another Cloud Telephony Company that we built from scratch in 2008. During my time as CTO we grew to more than 1 million calls per week with Uptime 24/7 and SLA 99.95%. Our powerful PBX was integrated with 12 CRM systems. When creating Convolo Dialer I was able to take all I learned from my previous position and build things the right way from the beginning (quite excited about thatβ€¦πŸ€©) 1) The core is written in Python with Django - a safe, productive, time-tested framework that allows us to create a production-level system quickly. 2) Microservices are written in NodeJS using Typescript - They perform various functions (Integration with CRM, Asynchronous operations, Billing). 3) The Front-end is built with the latest version of Angular - Great for a large structured system To improve reliability and speed up the development, we reuse big parts of our code. We use end-to-end typings and shared data object schemas. All our services are covered with tests and real-time health checks; - if something goes wrong, we see it in the chat, as well as deployment statuses and other system events. For server monitoring we use Zabbix and we collect logs using Graylogs. Of course, our services and databases are clustered and fault-tolerant; regular backup is also configured. Really cool program! All the info I need is included right in the Convolo Dialer so no need to jump between programs anymore. Makes the process a lot quicker and way more efficient. Definitely recommend!

Hey People, Convolo Power dialer is an amazing Software, i have been using this for quite few months now. Highly recommended to make your daily work life easy specially for outbound calls, i could also received calls through the dialer and transfer the calls to my mobile phone when i am away from my system. It go unique feature and super cool dashboard that stores all the calling data including call recording and complete statistics of your team plus can be integrated with any crm.

A good product, we have been looking for an opportunity to optimize customer calls for a long time. Previously, calling took almost the whole day - now we manage to do it in a couple of hours!

@vadimroot thank you) plans are great too) at least till the end of this year we are aiming at setting up - omni channel cadences including automatic voicemail drop and flexible text message templates, - webhooks to add contacts to cadences and also send contacts to other systems based on the cadence result, - sync of the Convolo Dialer with follow up tasks and just press play to run through them in no time, - GoHighLevel integration and more CRM Integrations based on user requests. Plans for the next year are even more ambitious -> call transcripts, AI call analysis, AI improvement suggestions and full-fledged cloud communication tool for the teams πŸ’ͺ🏻 Stay tuned :)
