The accuracy is actually incredibly precise from what we've seen so far, as the language model has been trained to learn and talk exactly like a human. We also allow users to adjust advanced options such as adding more slang and colloquial vocabulary to make responses sound even more natural. Additionally, the tone detection feature helps it to adjust responses to match the tone and general context of the conversation.

You all really shipped a lot in this release! Congratulations, you crushed it! Not sure where to start because you handled automated responses, sentiment analysis, internationalization, chat app integrations, etc.
Really cool stuff overall! As someone who has a ton of employees and but not much support overhead this is a great way to scale myself and be able to answer customer questions with summaries to follow if I ever forget anything.

With the browser extension you can pop open a ConversAI panel from any tab you like and easily generate the perfect response to your Intercom messages. If we get enough requests for it, we will prioritize adding full 1-click support to Intercom like we've done with Twitter and Gmail.
We're working hard to add as many integrations as possible during Early Access, so be sure to sign up to the newsletter to keep up to date π
I love the implementation here. It would be cool to take past communications and use them to fine-tune the model so it can sound like me from day one.

1) Security is a top priority for us, and we use industry-standard encryption and secure storage to protect user data. We never store any conversation history and have no access to any of your messages.
2) Yes, ConversAI can work in any environment thanks to the powerful web interface. It also comes with a browser extension that can fully integrate with specific messaging platform and tools, such as Gmail and Twitter, and we're continuously working on adding new integrations.

WARNING: This extension does not do what they claim, the gmail integration does not work...they said there was a problem and they were working on it but it is still not working. SO THEY SOLD THIS WHEN IT WAS NOT EVEN WORKING AS ADVERTISED. I asked for a refund and got no response until I posted on PH and then my request was refused. This is a warning to my fellow PH-ers to avoid this product and company. Do not risk it.

Will it work in Discord? That would help me out so much!! I'm disabled and Discord doesn't allow Voice to type unless on Mobile.
@everett_converse We'll make it happen! Discord is very high up on our list of platforms to fully integrate with, we're just waiting to see what our Early Access users request the most. Love the idea of adding voice to text as a feature, consider it done π€
