👋 Hi Product Hunters! We've come a long way since we launched Conclave in April 2020, starting our mission to make confidential computing accessible for every developer. Over the last months, the Conclave team has been working diligently on building our latest product: Conclave Cloud! We are excited to share the beta version with you today. 🤯 Problem: Serverless functions are a cloud-native development model allowing service providers to build and run applications and services without worrying about infrastructure. They are extremely popular and offer several benefits. However, serverless architecture introduces new security concerns, especially when processing sensitive data. 💡Solution: Conclave Cloud is a platform for hosting privacy-preserving applications. With Conclave Cloud, you can effortlessly host, execute, and scale your stateless functions on demand whilst your data stays fully encrypted—even during processing. 🛠️ How it works: The Conclave Cloud platform includes the Conclave Functions service which provides a Function as a Service platform. When using Conclave Functions to host serverless applications, the application code runs inside an enclave and uses Intel SGX attestation to provide users and developers with evidence of the integrity of the platform.
