Always a need for this capability. From years of managing a social media presence, including blog comments, I can say it's all about good moderation tools. Automatic spam controls, trust thresholds, necroposting controls, notifications for prompt response by the right person, etc.
Too often, comment sections begin with all the good intentions in the world but end in sadness and frustration. Solve those problems well and I think there's a lot of value to deliver.

@fosteronomo Couldn't agree more Daniel. All of the things yous mentioned are either already implemented or coming very shortly.
I like the fact that it is well emphasized that this is a paid service, and also the benefits that this has when compared to ad-and-tracking-driven solutions, such as Disqus.
@parag_r Thanks for the feedback Raj. This is something I've been think about for a while - offering a 'starter' tier that has a very small amount of views for people that don't want to make a large commitment or simply cannot afford it.
@parag_r This is one of the problems I am currently experiencing with my services too. The trick is to make the price compelling enough for more customers to have a chance to use the service, without the lowest-tier making the other plans look unappealing.
@parag_r I agree. 13 $/mo is great price for established websites, but for a blogger just starting out (just one of many possible examples), it doesn't make sense. A starter plan with a low view-count limit and lower price would be a great solution indeed :)
@alerovasber That was one of the goals I tried to meet. Make it as simple as possible whilst also adding full customization.
@benjamin_nau Once a comment is made they are stored in a Amazon Database that I host, each time a comment section is loaded the comments are all fetched from the database
