I love how clean the demo is. I'm curious for someone like us who uses Productboard, would you recommend a rip and replace? We're not big fans of using many tools as you can obviously say!

If you are developing a web project or providing service for clients that need a website or a web platform, Commented is making that feedback process as seamless as possible. As you know, there is always a place to improve the product; however, we have a well-defined roadmap to cover every aspect of product feedback. Previously, as a software consultancy company, we have been dealing with gathering feedback from clients for more than ten years. That's why we know the pain and how to solve it. Commented is beginning its phase, but it will be a profound product for feedback management and will cover all the needs of companies with our knowledge and expertise soon. @dzaitzow many new features are on our roadmap. Mobile SDK is definitely another game-changer feature. However, I think what will be sensational is having Commented extensions for all browsers. It is in our 2023 Q4 roadmap.

this is fun and much-needed. but I'm wondering how overwhelming and out of hand will it get if used on a public website with high visitor traffic. also, can a text be selected so the comment is specific to a part of the text and not the whole thing?

You can comment on anywhere on a page and it also supports responsiveness? This tool is going to save us from screenshot->crop->annotate->save->share->look for comments->turn into issue..... hassle. And I think the AI suggestions can be really impactful on copy despite it isn't emphasised much. Well done team, looking forward to how this product will evolve and shine!
