Hi everyone 👋
I’m Sebastian, co-founder of Collato. We've built an AI Assistant especially for product managers, helping you ditch those tedious time-consuming tasks.
Get started in less than 3 minutes (no CC needed). Just sign up, upload a doc, or sync your entire tool, and you're good to go. Then start asking any questions related to your work! Collato currently integrates with Notion, Confluence, Jira, and Google Drive—with more integrations on the way.
We’ve spent a lot of time investing in security measures at Collato, and we’re proudly SOC 2 certified, fully GDPR compliant, with our servers hosted in Germany. And unlike other AI tools, Collato never uses user data to train AI models.
Plus: You can also use Collato on Slack! Use the “/collato” command anywhere to get AI responses directly in your Slack workspace. No need to learn a new tool!
Use Collato to:
✍️ Write documents
Draft requirements documents, release notes, user guides, help articles, and more based on your own product information.
💡 Get insights
Instantly summarize meeting minutes, user research notes, and interview transcripts to accelerate and clarify product decision-making.
💫 Create content & copy
Write brand-aligned, accurate content in seconds, sourced from your product knowledge.
🤝 Manage stakeholders
Keep stakeholders up-to-date with zero effort on your side. Collato will answer their questions for you, using the knowledge you trust.
🎉 To share our excitement, we’re offering a 30-day free trial exclusively for Product Hunt supporters. Sign up in the next 48 hours to use Collato as much as you want, entirely for free for a month.
Give Collato a try, and please let us know what you think in the comments!

@sebabytes Exciting product ahead! It seems you've done extensive research to determine the best approach to assist PMs with AI. Good luck. We definitely need such a tool in our company and would love to try it.
Based on your waitlist questionnaire, it appears you're focusing on product companies that use single cloud services. But what about service companies? In such companies, every project might be based on separate cloud infrastructures. However, we do have overarching themes in project management, communication, etc.
Congrats again on the launch! Super interesting topic, clean and slick design :)
Thanks for the feedback @dfeles, we appreciate it! Would love to hear more about the setup you have in mind. We'll be able to help with multi-cloud infrastructure as well!
@sentry_co Hi André, thanks for asking! We have several integrations, including both Notion and Slack, as well as Jira, Confluence, GDrive, Miro, Figma - and many more to come! :)
Looks great, congrats on launching. It can clearly do a lot of things – what is the most popular use-case, and what in your opinion does it excel at right now?
@joetannorella I'd say our most popular use cases are writing documents--PRDs, release notes, help guides, etc! It saves so much time since it automatically pulls from your tools (Jira issues, meeting notes, user tests, etc) to write you comprehensive and structured product docs. You can format it the way you like to, by asking it to reference previous documents!
@kbavandi Hi Karan, great question! For Slack, the integration is something completely different and exciting. You can connect your Slack workspace so that your full team can use Collato's AI assistant directly from within Slack using /collato in any direct message to yourself, colleagues, or even team and company channels. We work where you work! 🚀
@kbavandi Hi Karan, please excuse the misunderstanding. You cannot search through your Slack channel, instead you can use /collato in Slack to search through your connected tools like Notion, Jira, Confluence, etc. Let me knwo if that answers your question or feel free to reach out to me directly - I'd be happy to give you a walkthrough to show you how it works!
