@writerpollock Hi Tristan, I too like the concept. However, if a Coinseed customer is not able to move their crypto to a cold storage wallet, like a Nano S, what is the point of using Coinseed if you do not have any control over your crypto.

@del_davaa Hi Del, I haven’t had a great experience with Coinseed customer support. I requested to move my private keys to my Nano S cold storage wallet and was told this is not possible due to regulatory reasons. Please elaborate. That sounds very odd to me since it’s my crypto. Its a very bad decision to not allow the owner of the crypto to move their crypto to their own cold storage. I am very disappointed in how Coinseed has chosen to conduct itself. I started to cash out my crypto. Slowly, as I’ll need to re-purchase at a crypto exchange which will allow me to send my crypto to a cold storage wallet. In the process, I’m sure I will lose money. Also, I’m not allowed to specify and amount to cash out? Either 10%, 25%, 50% or $100%? I’m sorry that I ever put $1 on Coinseed. It‘s a very flawed business model.
