I sincerely wish I could have something like Cohere Voice at Amazon. I work on an internal tool with thousands of users, and support becomes a nightmare of users filing tickets, slow screenshot exchanges, and awkward instances of “can you hop in a call real quick and share your screen?” If my team had Cohere, we could observe bugs as they’re happening AND call the user right there!

Wow, looks super neat. This would also be super helpful for conducting user research sessions. I've used those live intercepts before for research, but you still have to coordinate with a phone call and often they wouldn't answer. What’s been the most effective way for you to acquire customers?
