Grab the template you need and, in just a few clicks, connect your live Salesforce data. The dashboards live in your spreadsheet, are viewable based upon your spreadsheet share settings (no Salesforce user seat required), and can be refreshed with your live data at any point in time. Love that these are free and the data can be refreshed with just a click of a button on the sheet. I’ve had so much trouble sharing reports with clients. Can they see and refresh this button as well?

@behrens_vicki so glad to hear you loved our templates! Other users can refresh the data imports if they create a free Coefficient account, if they have edit access to the spreadsheet and specific tabs with imported data on them. You can limit this ability by setting Google Sheets edit permissions on your data import tabs (or entire sheet) if you don't want them refreshing. They won't have the ability to edit your data import (ie change filters or add new fields) unless you explicitly give them permission in the Coefficient app. Looking forward to hearing what you build! 😃

@manav_sharma1 thanks for the congrats, Manav! Coefficient is behind the templates, but they're all based upon and pull in your Salesforce data. We have templates for Hubspot as well - and any of these can be customized to use for your own CRM, even if it's not one of the two. We actually recently added a Pipedrive connector, but don't have any pre-built templates avail yet! Coming soon! :)

@williamx_ hi, William! You can set a refresh schedule on your data imports - we have options ranging from hourly to weekly. You'll also have a button on your data import tab that you can click at any time to refresh the data.
