It can be done, and many people have thought of this too. However, if you signed a contract that states that you can't take proprietary company information with you after you leave, you should not use this app because emails are proprietary and you can get sued by your ex company. That said, you *can* take email addresses, because they are not proprietary. ;) In which case, I'd use Email List Builder, a sister app in our email productivity eco system: https://chrome.google.com/websto....

How many of us have misplaced important emails? Or want to have a more organized system for saving emails? This is it! It also helps me save a step for email receipts to get them to the right place.
@monica_phillips Hi, Monica! So nice to see you here! I love how you're using Save Emails to PDF! Are you using the encryption feature too? I always find it a good idea when saving my receipts to send to my accountant.

I'm always a fan of cloudHQ and currently have ~10 of their extensions installed as I write this comment. I already have this extension installed, and it really helps me save my really important emails on my desktop.
