Very cool! I made a little tool in this area for myself a long time ago: http://azirbel.github.io/goodwill, https://github.com/azirbel/goodwill. It tracked how many PRs I was reviewing and getting reviews on, so I could see if I was helping unblock others enough. Even from that, I found it was a tricky balance to encourage the right things, without turning everything into a points-based system that only rewards certain kinds of work. It's so hard to measure engineering performance! Would be curious to hear how Clappy approaches it.
