Hello Hunters! It’s Darek from ChatBot, a platform that lets you create conversational chatbots without coding. I’m excited to share the brand-new version of our ChatBot’s Visual Builder with you today! Our new interface offers a drag-and-drop editor and lets you zoom into every bot story to see it in full view. That allows you to quickly locate particular elements on the conversation tree and gives you more control over the building process. The decision to remodel our builder wasn’t easy. Our previous builder offered plenty of useful features...but also had its limitations. For quite some time, we’ve been wondering how to address this problem. Our analyses and customer feedback helped us realize that a redesign was the only right solution. For over the past few months we’ve been working hard to improve the look and feel of our platform. We also handled a lot of usability tests with beta testers to verify our initial assumptions. I’m happy that we can be here today and share the results of our work with you. We’re still working on making ChatBot’s Visual Builder more intuitive and feature-rich. Tell us what you think. Our team would love to hear your feedback! Thanks!

@javier_sanchez_mejorada1 Hi Javier, Thanks! Currently, we focus mostly on text communication, although our plans are circling around the voice technology as well. Right now, we're offering a lot of features that help businesses offer effective chat support but also let them sell their products this way. We offer a free Chat Widget that can be easily added to websites, and provide integrations with Slack, Messenger and LiveChat. This way, we help companies that already support customers on chat to automate their customer services after hours. ChatBot can also work as the first line of customer support and this way, it lowers the number of questions that need to be answered by a human agent. All in all, we don't aim to replace the customer service teams with automation. We rather want to make support work more effective and rewarding.
