Hey everyone 👋 @laceykaelani & Brad here. Thanks for stopping by! Our goal for Casting Depot is to democratize access to on-camera opportunities in the media and entertainment space. Job boards in this space are significantly outdated and often closed off to the general public... and that shouldn’t be the case. We believe that anyone and everyone who would ever want a relationship with the media, has a home with us on our site. So, whether you’re a startup founder looking for exposure on CNBC, a chef that wants to be on Food Network, or a single lady that wants to be on The Bachelor... you’ve come to the right place. So, what’s so special about us? Here are a few things: 🆓 We’re a completely free network. 🎬 We have hundreds of on-camera gigs represented from the major networks like Netflix, HBOMax, Twitch, and The New York Times. 👨‍👨‍👧‍👧 We have community-led interest based groups for users looking to share and request resources. 🧰 Job posters can list gigs, manage compliance, and process their talent payroll - all for free. @followbl not really right now, I think it looks great. My experience in media & entertainment is limited. I did some 'casting' for short term roles for our client as a brand experience agency. It was tough finding talent - it didn't seem like there was one online hub to find what we were looking for. I hope your platform will become the LinkedIn for media & entertainment roles and talent. Finally a casting tool w/everything all in one place that is easy to use and is community driven! Having been in the “industry” for many years (Deal or No Deal back in the day etc) I only wish I had this tool when I was pursuing an entertainment career. Casting Depot is the answer and will take the headache (& b.s.) out of the the dinosaur way of submitting ones self for projects etc. Very excited about this platform for those wishing to pursue their dreams in the entertainment industry.
