Hi Product Hunt! We are super excited to launch Vauban Deals, a solution to make venture capital investing more accessible. Whether you’re a founder, tech enthusiast, or angel—Vauban has a solution for you! Problem: Investing in a startup can be extremely expensive and time-consuming. That’s why we’ve created Vauban: an easy solution to launching and managing a legal entity called a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) that is used to pool funds from your network to invest in the next generation of start ups. 1) Vauban Deals allows you to create a syndicate with your network of founders, operators, & investors. 2) Share your allocation to your network to fuel the next generation of founders that you are passionate about in minutes. 3) It allows you to pool money together from your network so you can reach those minimum tickets. Invest as a single entity on the startups cap table. 4) It also allows you to reap the rewards together: investing together is much more fun!
