The Capacities mobile app is such a life saver when it comes to work - I can check notes while commuting, and make sure I'm constantly learning. it's also helped me to keep on top of all new ideas I have at random times throughout the day

For a young app, Capacities is excellent, already outshining many aspects of rival note-taking apps. As a mental health researcher, artist and storyteller with dyslexia (irony), I have relied on Logseq and Notion for many years, so I struggled to let go of these apps and transfer over to Capacities. Still, I am happy that I am in the process of doing so. Some people say it is the notion/obsidian baby, but I do not think that is accurate. It is more Logseq and Notions, baby. You can edit inside backlinks (logseq, not Obsidian); there are not thousands of plugins you have to add and manage. It is a visual tool if you want it to be or not if you do not wish to it visual. The speed and efficiency of updates and big new app additions are amazing (Logseq has gone quiet for a long time). Sure, there are some bugs, but the team is working on them as soon as possible. The mobile app is a delight—smooth and clean. I would like to see the voice-to-text input improve a little, but it is good enough for now. It loads fast and displays everything (unlike Logseq/Obsidian). It took a bit of a mental shift as the "object-based" notetaking was/is a new concept for me, but now I am enjoying this approach logically simpler and better. There are a couple of things I would like to see added to the mobile as anyone else would, but for an early version of the app, this is by far above excellent, with a clear road map for the future. Overall, this upgrade or pro version of the app is worth its cost (which is a big thing to say when you previously used Logseq and Notion for free). I want to be able to customise my app a little more, though background and internal and external link colours would be great.

Very awesome app. I'm very happy to have found Capacities after trying other popular apps which didn't meet my expectations. Also, I don't like following the same as everyone just for popularity, I am not just another sheep of the flock. I love unique stuff!

I've tried a bunch of productivity, note-taking and personal knowledge management apps. Capacities is my favorite, combining functionalities of a note-taking app, a bookmark manager, a contact list, and anything you can create with its versatile object system. For example, to search for new jobs, I've created a Job object type to track my applications and all details about them, such as the location, the recruitment company, and so on. Finding all jobs I've applied to that are in Amsterdam? Easy! Things such as locations, companies, and people are also custom objects, all linked together. I also use the weblink type to save articles or videos that I like and want to find again later. The tag system makes it easy to find knowledge without having to remember the title or the date. I just wish the AI features would be better, but I believe it's coming.

Capacities is what I am trying to find all over the years. I love to write daily jots. Capacities app inspire me to write again! Also I like that I don't need to be bothered to think if I will lost my notes because I don't need to create folders. Everything has its place just like how my mind works!

Having a mobile version with all my info available is just amazing. The app takes just a little getting used to but having the objects and properties captured enables you to build a great workflow with what is important. The maturity of this app already is fantastic, and with a great development team behind it, can't wait to see where it goes. Capacities was already the most capable notes and pkm app out there, now it's even better!

I've been playing with this for a few days, total game changer for my personal use. I've been using Capacities for a bit now and it's the perfect mix of structure and freedom that fits my use case and needs. Highly recommended.

Awesome job! After using the web app for the last year+ I just tried the Android App and it works very well. Thanks for continuing to offer a great, streamlined user experience. Capacities provides the flexibility and power of similar tools but with a much easier to understand workflow out of the box. Daily Notes, Projects, Contacts, Pages, backlinks...it's all there.
