Canny.io — Track feedback to build better products

Any time a company doesn't have a proper feedback funnel or way to suggest features, I tell them about Canny. Haven't seen anyone else do it better.

It has such a clean design, and it runs super smoothly. It's also cool to see how they have been growing – as I understand it's bootstrapped by Sarah (design) and Andrew (code), and now they have a team of five. The "statuses" of a request are presets, would love to customize those
