I've been using this in beta at Techstars, and it's a perfect bridge between Intercom where we interact with users and Canny where we capture/rank/prioritize feedback and new features. It's straightforward and well done!

Loom used to use Canny back when it was called Product Pains. We've since moved to Trello and really felt the pain (bad-dum tsss) of not being on Canny again. We're switching back to Canny and are already feeling a huge boost in transparency with our user base. It's really cool to see that what worked well for 10k users back then is working well for over 700k users today. :-) Keep killing it Sarah and Andrew!

I've seen you both working hard on this from day one, taking valuable customer feedback, and truly understanding how companies of all sizes can improve upon their product experiences. Having worked at a few companies now of varying sizes, I know Canny is one of those products that can provide value for external customers but also internal stakeholders. As someone who is often on the front-lines of customer conversations, Canny is one of those products I wish existed in all of my jobs so that the customer-facing team could provide feedback to the product team. Equally important, it also means that customer-facing folks are consistent in their information they provide in their customer conversations. Way to go, both of you! Couldn't be prouder. πŸ‘

We came cross Canny while reading their article on how they bootstrapped Canny to ramen profitability. It's amazing that Sarah and Andrew have made such a polished and functional product with a small team of two. Congrats! Canny's Intercom integration is amazing. As a small team of two, Canny saves us a lot of time by streamlining the feedback collection process. We've been using the beta version of this for almost two weeks now (at Trevor.io). Loving it! Within a couple of days we suddenly had a really clear idea of features that were most common. And because it's built into Intercom, we don't have to change our usual day-to-day workflow.
