Hi folks! We have all been with a manager who deserved to hear some candid thoughts from our team but never got any. @deeksha_sharma_ @tejaskinger Hi Tejas, this is initiated by a team member. As a team member you can send an anonymous test feedback to your current or past manager. Tools such as InFeedo are run by HR teams to collect employee engagement surveys. They are not controlled by employees and team members. Give it a try and tell us what you think!

I liked that it para phrases the feedback. Most of the times, I know the writing style of my team mates, and I invariably know who gave the feedback. Good luck with this roll out.

The idea behind this comes from something we regularly witness at Risely: the lack of honest feedback from employees and managers.
