You write, we paraphrase and hit send. Candor is the little birdie who takes your feedback to your managers without revealing your identity to help you create a better workplace for everyone without hesitation.
Hi folks! We have all been with a manager who deserved to hear some candid thoughts from our team but never got any. There's no single reason why this happens, because there are too many consequences to bear. So, we decided to cut down the friction here.
Here's the deal: most managers do not get the frank feedback that would help them introspect or mend their ways, Plus, employees either hesitate, fear retribution or exposure, ultimately avoiding giving feedback too.
Candor saves you from this order by making honest feedback fearless.
You start by sharing your constructive feedback for the manager you are either presently working with, or worked with in the past. Candor first validates the feedback to ensure that it is indeed useful and there is no abuse. Second, it para-phrases your words for an additional layer of anonymity.
Your unique tone and vocabulary are hidden while your message goes ahead - without any fingerprints at the crime scene!
So, send in your first feedback to your managers today. It is 100% free.
Looking forward to hearing from the users today and improving the offering with helpful feedback, non-anonymous, hopefully 😃
Hi everyone! We are glad to finally share Candor with all of you. It works on something close to our hearts—being frank with our leaders to help us grow together in workplaces.
The idea behind this comes from something we regularly witness at Risely: the lack of honest feedback from employees and managers. Of course, there are many legitimate reasons, with anxieties and fears being a major part of it.
So, with Candor, we have decided to reduce some friction and get you talking heart-to-heart with your people managers. At the same time, since employee concerns about retribution are valid, Candor ensures anonymity.
Thank you for checking out Candor! Feel free to drop your thoughts or questions here—we're excited to hear from you.
I liked that it para phrases the feedback. Most of the times, I know the writing style of my team mates, and I invariably know who gave the feedback. Good luck with this roll out.
@deeksha_sharma_@tejaskinger Hi Tejas, this is initiated by a team member. As a team member you can send an anonymous test feedback to your current or past manager. Tools such as InFeedo are run by HR teams to collect employee engagement surveys. They are not controlled by employees and team members.
Give it a try and tell us what you think!
