From now our customers can integrate their Instagram page in a few clicks and collaboratively manage Instagram Direct chats with their customers π

After a little more than two years of work, today, thanks to the integration with Instagram Direct, we complete the picture of what was our initial vision: a platform where to centralize the chats of the main instant messaging channels ποΈ
The integration is now available to all our 150 000 users, to our 1000+ clients and all new accounts and for pages that have between 1000 and 100000 followers.

I could really have done with this a few year ago, we used to get customer support messages through facebook, instagram, whatsapp and twitter and it was a nightmare to manage! Things always get lost in the gaps - my least favourite where the support messages people would add to the comments on our facebook ads
@simon_barker1 can't agree more Simon! Unfortunately Facebook has given access to both WhatsApp and Instagram Direct API only very recently so building such kinf of platform wasn't something east to do until few months ago! Now it is finally possible to built upon Instagram and this is why we came up with this new integration (probably the most requested channel from our clients right after WhatsApp)

@rosssaris Hi Anton! We do integrate WhatsApp Business (via API), Messenger (from Facebook) and Telegram. Instagram Direct is our 4th integration. In the future we plan to add new integrations with Google messages and other Messengers as well!
Wow, I was trying to find this app for years, because we had a lot of chats with the customers on Instagram and Facebook, and it was too hard not to miss the message and be fast with the answer. Congrats! It's really cool!
