To install the widget, you will just need to create an account, connect your Facebook page, add your WhatsApp number, your Instagram and Telegram username. You can choose which channels you want to add and if you want them to appear on desktop, mobile or both. If you like it, you can also change the widget icon with a picture or a GIF 🤗. Copy and paste the script into your site and you're done! To do so, you can use Google Tag Manager or paste the code in before the end of the section of your website. After 24 hours, you will be able to see statistics on unique visitors / visitors, clicks on the widget, clicked channels, devices and localization straight from your dashboard. Interesting approach. Customers love to interact right from their messaging app.

We are using the Callbell widget to manage our customer communication and has been working great so far! Consumer messangers like WhatsApp are just the easiest way to interact with our clients. We're looking forward for what comes next!

We are using Callbell Chat Widget for several months for our website and contact requests, especially through Whatsapp, are increasing a lot.

Pros:

For the moment a platform for centralize all the conversations is not available : we look forward to it!

Great design and really easy to use!! But what really makes the difference is the complete analytics that you can get!! Looking forward for the next releases!!

Two things: 1. The app is asking for too many unnecessary permissions when it comes to adding your facebook page. For some reason, just the "manage messages" permission is not enough and they say you need to allow 'everything' including "manage ads" etc. Support can't explain why they need it. 2. Not only support can't explain anything, they also don't care to reply in a timely manner. I waited 4 days days to get clarification on why they require that many permissions not related to the task I was going to use the app for, and support did not care to reply. I deleted my account.

Great and user friendly tool It's really helping streamlining the interactions with our customer base! If you do not think you need something like this, think again!

We use Callbell to allow visitors to get in touch with our support team via Telegram. The widget took us less than 3 minutes to be up and running

Simple and straight to the point. I was expecting to see a different integration for WhatsApp on desktop, other than an external link to their web version. I understand WA is not very flexible yet, but that would definitely be a great addition when possible. Being able to mantain the visitor on the site while using any IM. The branding is really small, however, for those managing big brand websites I would suggest adding a paid option to remove the credits. Features request: * Paid plan to remove branding * Be able to add a custom IM like a chat support link

Looks great but the widget was hidden because I'm using an ad blocker (uBlock Origin).
