Hey Product Hunt Enthusiasts! My name is John Rampton and for the past couple years me and the team at Calendar.com have been hard at work building a product our customers want. One of the biggest requests was the ability to schedule meetings easier within Chrome. We are now excited to introduce our latest feature update, our Google Chrome Extension. With the Calendar Chrome extension you have immediate access to all your meeting links and time slots without switching tabs. The extension allows you to select several time options to meet and then share those right in an email, text, tweet, or LinkedIn message. This means that you never have to switch tabs to access your calendar accounts and send out your availability. Click here for a support doc on how to install and use the chrome extension as well as a video walkthrough. While we are very excited about the launch of our new Chrome Extension we want to remind you of some of the features we already have and a few new ones as well. These include: Smart Scheduling Time Slots You can customize the types of time slots you offer for different events. Best of all, you can provide links to enable people to easily schedule you for times when you’re available – and only them. Unified Calendar Calendar offers a central location to pull all of your important calendars in one place, giving you a one-stop shop to see personal and professional calendars. It also has the added security that your personal calendar can’t be viewed by anybody else and only shows your time as “busy” during times that are important, like your daughter’s recital or more sensitive doctor's appointments. Meeting Polls- Quickly send meeting polls to people inside or outside of your organization, find the most popular times, and book your meeting — all within one scheduling platform. Steps to sign-up 1. Sign up at https://www.calendar.com 2. Start your free trial 3. Add your team members Anyway, hope you like it and let us know if you have suggestions or ideas. Please email (john@calendar.com) or write comments below; our team will try to answer all your questions. Please keep it positive and constructive. We have an amazing team of developers that have a passion to make this tool better and better over time! ENJOY. Special note: if there is anything you're looking to see within your calendar or something that's missing..... we are here to build it. Email me and lets build the calendar of the future.

@johnrampton congrats on the launch today John. Could you explain a little bit about the meeting polls feature and how it works with people outside of your email organization? The back-and-forth with “do these times work for you?” sucks with Calendly and I need a better option that’s quicker.
John Rampton
@kensavage Great question: Our meeting poll feature allows users to create a meeting poll link that they can send to anyone, in their organization or not, to vote on times for the meeting to occur. This is a great tool to use when needing to create a group meeting with multiple parties involved. All you have to do is fill out the meeting details like title and location, select some possible time options for the meeting for people to vote on, press create meeting poll, and send the link to whoever is attending the meeting. Everyone can then vote on the time that works best for them, you will be able to see and monitor the voting in your calendar scheduling dashboard. Once the voting is done you can then finalize and create the event after everyone has voted to get it on everyone's calendar.

@johnrampton Hey John, congrats on the launch! I have been a Calendar user for a while now. But, with this new chrome extension, I definitely wanted to bring Calendar to the rest of my team. Do you have any offers for enterprise plans for large teams? How big can we scale our team account to? Thanks, and again congrats!
John Rampton
@aaron_heienickle1 Something like That is great to hear, glad you are enjoying the product. We have several different offers for enterprise teams and we handle them on a case by case basis to see what makes sense for everyone. Happy to hop on a chat and figure out how we can best help you and your team! Here is a calendar link to book with: https://www.calendar.com/nikfowl... Looking forward to it.
Sarah Hill
Love it that I have all of my meeting links and time slots without switching tabs.
Lindsay Hall
Great tool. It's been great to have my husband's different Calendar links to schedule all of the family events that come up. I'm sure there are great professional use cases, but I love it for the personal side of things and being able to schedule easily with a busy person.
John Rampton
@lindsay_hall We have many different personal use cases. My wife uses it for play dates for our kids to see when the other parents are in town. Thanks for using!
tim worstell
Best calendar on the market. It makes scheduling meetings a breeze for clients. It really is a game-changer. I highly recommend getting Calendar.com to help you work more efficiently. You will be blown away!
John Rampton
@tim_worstell Best Calendar on the market = YES, I couldn't agree more. Should help you schedule meetings with your clients easier. Glad we've blown you away!
Brett Calhoun
Best calendar tool. I use it everyday to schedule 100s of meetings.
John Rampton
@brett_calhoun While 100's of daily meetings isn't recommended, we love that you LOVE the product we've created and hope you'll continue to love it. Make sure to use the Chrome calendar extension and coming soon we have a few big launches!
Matt Kamp
I've been using Calendar.com for years now, and this Chrome extension is going to make it even easier! I love how it easily integrates with everything else I use. Great work, Calendar team!
Alpesh Vaghasiya
This sounds amazing! Constantly switching back and forth between my calendar and email can be a real pain, but this Chrome extension seems to make scheduling a breeze. Looking forward to trying it out!
John Rampton
Thanks for the comment! @alpesh_vaghasiya2 Yes, it's super annoying to have to go back and forth for scheduling. The average person goes back and forth 4x before a meeting is made. If you have 4+ people it's 13+ emails!

I just Love it! Just the thing I was looking for and finally someone make it come true! Awsome and Congratulations for that big hit.
Darshana Wagle
Congratulations on your launch ! The visibility and ease of slot selection is amazing. Kudos ! I have a concern though - if i provide available slots and by the time the receiver accepts a slot; that particular slot may or may not be booked by another stakeholder. This may lead to some back and forth for a common available time slot. If this design is still to be maintained, we mark those slots as blocked temporarily in our own calendar so that we dont share the same slots with someone else.
Kirstie Sands
I’m so excited to try this one out in my go-to browser! Having all my favorite functionality in one place really changes everything. Calendar always creates their tools with users in mind.
John Rampton
@kirstie_sands1 Thanks for being a customer. Make sure to use the code "chrome" and it'll give you 3 months free. Thanks for being a paid customer for so long!
Samantha Chandler
Calendar has really upped the game for helping schedule from multiple calendars. Game Changers!
John Rampton
@samantha_chandler Multiple calendars is always a challenge and why we authenticate multiple calendars vs just having you share one all your calendars with one calendar. Nobody wants to see all your personal events on your work calendar. We think they are all unique, just like you!
Joe Rothwell
Exciting! I do a lot of work in Chrome. This will really help my daily workflow!
