I used to take so much caffeine that I was soaked in energy drinks every day when I was busy with my regular work. My health was very bad and my sleep quality must have been poor. This app was developed for people who consume caffeine on a daily basis to help them consume caffeine in a healthier way! We are happy to be a better tool for your health.

- Notification when the amount of caffeine in the body is below a specified value and has been digested
- Daily reminder at a specified time

In the future, I intend to implement suggestions for optimal timing of intake based on recorded data, diagnosis of dependence on caffeine, and suggestions for advice based on the diagnosis!
