We got to try out Cafe X when it first started up and came to see the robots but really enjoyed the coffee so have been back a ton of times.

Pros:

Good coffee, easy to use, app makes it fast, love the robots

Cons:

Small shops so you can't sit there

@cynthia_yeung yeah milk or Oatly are both good. Basically, if you have matcha that isn’t pre-mixed with sugar that would be great (I’m assuming that’s where the sweetness comes from)

It should be noted that they have only 3 locations, all in San Francisco. So if you are outside the Bay Area the app won't do you any good. Unless you don't mind ordering a coffee for someone else to drink. :)

@thehashrocket That sounds like a fun feature to include in the app :-) Or if they have an API, somebody else can build a “Let Me Buy You a Coffee” app.

@kaigradert Yeah, it should be pretty easy. i think it'd be kind of cool. Starbucks doesn't really have anything like that either.

@kaigradert @thehashrocket Neat idea. Currently, we have gift cards and referral codes, but you're right that it'd be cool to buy someone a coffee from the app itself.

Pros:

Fast and delicious. Consistent. Has a Decaf option.

Cons:

Not yet widely available.

Brand loyalty is about consistency of product and experience; Cafe X nails both. I know that my coffee will be perfect so I can focus on new menu items or place my regular order with no worries about quality. Why settle for burnt bitter coffee or standing in line for 30 minutes for a great espresso when Cafe X exists?

Pros:

100% Accurate 100% of the Time. Coffee is always perfect, from temperature to taste. Love that I can also choose local dairy!

Cons:

There isn't one of these in every airport. Please make that happen. Pretty please?

fast and good coffe

Cons:

Sometimes its complicated with international phone numbers
