Track, manage, and close issues faster with our web-based bug tracker. It’s fast, flexible (integrates with major dev stack tools), and collaborative (add teams, vendors and even customers!). Free to use for 5 team members.
Extremely thrilled to introduce Bugasura - the simplest and most effective bug tracker anyone could ever ask for - to the community here.
Most tools today in the market are not built for effective bug tracking and management. Developer teams mostly use Project Management tools or really old means like Google / excel Sheets (it’s 2022!) to manage bugs in their technology.
Think about this - you’re building modern technology but using old, legacy tools to power your innovation?
Enter Bugasura Issue Tracker - a modern way to track and manage bugs and collaborate with teams better.
It has everything you need to help you deliver quality technology:
1. It’s super simple to set up. Start in under a minute and with 0 learning curve for the tool!
2. Features like auto-assignees, team projects, custom fields etc to help you save time, collaborate and close bugs faster
3. Integrations with major dev stack tools like: Jira, GitHub, Slack etc so you don’t have to waste time on migrations
4. Keep track of your site health and monitor core vitals on Bugasura directly
This is a easy-to-use, visual and collaborative bug tracker that’s going to make your life so much easier.
Give Bugasura a spin. :)
@rosiesherry Gratitude is a small word. Couldn't have asked for a better Hunter. Thanks for your kindness and what you have done for this world. I am glad to be a friend and a student. Equally, I remember today - we were reporting bugs in Bugzilla on the project we both worked together decade and half ago :)
Bugasura.io is certainly an important step forward and your support has made a difference to our lives.
Looks like a great tool for smaller and medium-sized companies. What do you think, what roles within a company would benefit the most from Bugasura?
Good luck today!
@davor_kolenc Thanks for your kindness. Bug trackers are tools common for many roles to come and collaborate. We have built one good thing for every role. For instance, developers don't need to come to bug tracker to update status. They can do it right from Github and the bug gets re-assigned to those who assigned it.
For QA and Designers we built a reporter that is like an automatic DSLR camera. Point - shoot - visually report.
For PM's - we build simplicity into filtering and triaging.
What do you think of the way we are heading?

Hey product hunt people!
So excited to introduce Bugasura issue tracker to the community.
As a marketer, I’ve had to use PM tools when collaborating with developers for website projects. And it took me a while to figure my way around it.
It was complex to understand too because it was set up by teams that had their own processes and systems to manage work.
Complexity, speed and effectiveness - these were my main problems dealing with a tool when working with devs.
Thats why, these were just some things we wanted to focus on when building Bugasura. It’s a bug tracker that focuses on helping close bugs and removes all the other noise.
And it’s inclusive! I don’t feel like an alien working on technical projects. :D
While it's hard to pick a favorite feature on Bugasura - mine’s gotta be the Performance monitoring module where I get to keep a check on website health and other core vital parameters.
If you’re a marketer working with devs, do check the tool out. Maybe get some of your devs to test it out too?
It’s free to use with 5 teammates, so I would love it if you could give it a try and let us know your feedback.
Cheers!
Interesting product; I absolutely love the landing page, and the free forever pricing is great for small teams.
The UI/UX is very clean and simple to use.
All the best guys
As a Creator, I can say that this is one of the simplest bug trackers out there.
Very happy to support Bugasura’s launch on Product Hunt. In the world of clutter, they’re decluttering for devs and promoting better collaboration between teams.
We have been using it in our SelectorsHub products and we can vouch for the product.
If you’re a developer or tester, give Bugasura a spin here: https://www.producthunt.com/post...
@sanjay_kumar_soni Thanks Sanjay. What you are doing is amazing and getting this from you is a good step forward for us. Please try the close issues from Github directly and auto assign if you haven't tried it yet.
This is a brilliant tool. I remember how frequently we used to face issue in terms of tracking jira request week on week basis.
A brilliant add-on and nice LP as well.
Congratulations on the launch guys🚀🚀
I am a co-maker but what makes Bugasura.io a powerful tool for other makers is - simplicity. I have used many different bug trackers. None of them are modern. Those that are built new ended up competing with Jira on features and hence became Jira with a new skin on it. Other bug trackers used are Project Management tools that double up as bug trackers. Not dev and qa friendly. Very PM friendly. That's okay but the world deserves better.
We have it. With integrations to Asana, ZenDesk, JIra, Lambdatest and Slack.
Our committment and focus is to build it simpler and simpler.
For every 3 sprints where we add - we do 2 sprints to remove and simplify what is already built.
This sets us apart.
All this is talk. The real validation came from our international base of paying customers from UK, USA, Indonesia, Egypt, Germany, Armenia, Dubai, India, Italy, New Zealand and Mexico.
@pradeepsoundararajan big fan of your work from the early days. I'm a tester myself and your blogs testertested helped me to be a good tester. Glad to see Bugasura on PH today.
This is very interesting, the integrations are something that will definitely game changer. Will try this out for our product. Congrats on the launch guys
There are a good amount of bug trackers out there already but I usally find them redundant and complicated. I hope this isn't like it! Can't wait to try it! Congrats on the launch!
@shankarling_kalashetty Absolutely. They all become complex and slow over time. Bugasura is absolutely not like that. This is why, for every 3 “add stuff into product” we do 2 “remove and simplify” what we added.
This space has been the hardest to disrupt. We are just here to reinvent.
Hey Everyone!
Avinash here, CTO at bugasura.io.
We built Bugasura because we got tired of the current bug trackers in the market.
Most of them were built 20 years ago and are sluggish and so complicated.
We wanted something that was fast, simple and just did the job.
What started as something to scratch our own itch is now a full fledged product, that a lot people across the world have been using.
We are continuously sticking to the 3 principles we stared with
Simplicity - Every 2 months, we run a dedicated sprint just to de-clutter the platform and cleanup the experience. We build in public through our pubic support portal at https://my.bugasura.io/bugasura-....
Speed - We run off Apache Solr, which means we have lightning fast speeds for our queries. We continuously monitor all our modules and fix any performance issues as top priority. Infact, we have built a performance monitoring module inside Bugasura that does just that https://my.bugasura.io/bugasura-...
P.S. You can use it for your apps as well.
Modern - modern apps are agile, speak to each other and enable the user to enjoy their work. We want people to look forward to opening up their bug report first thing in the morning (I know that's quite a lot to ask for!). Our refreshing UI and clean experience are the first steps in enabling that. Ofcourse integrations with JIRA, Asana, Slack and Github ensure that you don't duplicate work in both these apps.
In short, for us Bugasura is a journey that we are super excited to be on. We hope you give the platform a spin, and let us know what you want to see (or unsee) in your modern bugtracker
Looks very nice although in my opinion this market is already saturated, there's a clear leader, there are very nice open source alternatives and there's definitely modern managers as well, what can Bugasura truly offer in this space for a team to be successful?
@luis_carlos_moyano_medina Great question Luis. I have used many open source and commercial bug trackers in my career. Bugasura can offer what the modern world needs. Let me elaborate that :
1. Many people now report bugs to devs over Whatsapp.
2. The most common thing that people do is to re-assign issue once fixed - that's not automated
3. There are people who are not good at writiing - need a voice interface
4. Even today many devs do a lot of back and forth to close a bug - this has to be reduced.
5. Modern new tool integrations
6. Gamification missing from bug trackers - make it very monotonous.
to begin with.
We are looking at use cases that others aren't. Now, that might be egoistic bias.
However, it is not what we are adding.
How we are building:
For every 3 “add stuff into product” we do 2 “remove and simplify” what we added.
Gratitude!
@gaurav_verma10 Story is a pun! Mahabharat ke Bakasur se inspired hai :D Bakasur log khata tha, hum bugs khate hai! try karke dekhiye. gazab lage toh bataiyega!
Tracking website core web vitals caught my attention - this is one of the pain areas that takes a lot of time to optimise and track the performance for EACH and EVERY individual pages!
Will definitely look forward to seeing more features related to GSC, web health, etc.
Congratulations @rapti@bugasura_tracker on successful launch 🙌🏻
@sathyashingade Every marketers dream right? At Bugasura we want to build out a collaborative tool. Let us know if you have any specific features in mind. Happy to look into it.
