I found browsee by chance as an alternative to hotjar and logrocket and I'm pretty impressed with it. Not only they have a great set of features like flagging frustration clicks, javascript errors, and repeated events on the live session But also they have been restless on the support to help me out with issues and improving the product from feedback. I'd recommend you to give it a try. PS. They have a great free plan and they even sample the recordings so you don't ended up your plan by in the middle of the month.
