@detkov thank you Nikita! next we’re going to work on AI analysis on the feedback so that when the user actually gets the feedback we would help him to digest it and turn it into action items

@alex_dulub honestly the feedback that we’re getting from Bridge users is overwhelmingly positive. They are receiving so many useful feedback from their customers that they’re now asking for better dashboards to understand this large amount of feedback.

@r_martirosyan thanks Roman yes it’s a great question. I believe that there are two problems in this task. One is gathering the feedback and the second one is making sense of it and trying to act on it. Although we did it pretty manly were now gonna work on the AI and on the feedback so that we could help you digest it and act on it.

I do have one burning question, though: when feedback starts pouring in, does Bridge have a way to help us find the most urgent issues amidst all the noise? @aman_wen Aman you read my mind our customers are now struggling with the amount of feedback that they’re receiving from their users and they’ve asked us to help them digest it and turn it into action items. I guess it’s a good problem to have and immediately working on that you’ll get as many feedback using Bridge!
