Hi Product Hunt 👋 We are thrilled to share Brainwave, a generative AI powered tool that helps fast growing companies automate over 70% of their customer service processes. We help them automate actions, such as collecting leads and scheduling meetings in addition to text-based responses. We spoke to over 50 customer-facing leaders just to understand why the current industry leading chatbots don’t work well. We realized that companies today are spending hundreds of hours finding and creating examples to train a bot that only resolves 30% of tickets on average. With the latest advancements in LLMs, we improve this experience by automatically learning from training data and automating resolution paths with much higher accuracy. We personally answered over 1,000 REAL customer queries for our pilot client while dog-fooding our product, making sure we could understand and improve upon all the details that impact the agents' experience. Through countless iterations, we ensure that our tool can cover even the nuanced questions. We help companies scale up their customer service process without linearly increasing the cost through the following main features: Agent Assist: Save your agents more than 80% of their ticket handle time, we deliver answers based on a combination of your most up-to-date knowledge base, FAQs and previous training. Our tool presents agents with the resources we use to derive the answer, as well as all relevant user information. Automatic answering: Once your agents feel comfortable with the consistent quality of the test environment answers, we move on to answering queries automatically with no agent involvement. Automatic actioning: Some of the most time-consuming queries involve checking multiple tools and taking pre-defined actions.
