We spoke to over 50 customer-facing leaders just to understand why the current industry leading chatbots don’t work well. We realized that companies today are spending hundreds of hours finding and creating examples to train a bot that only resolves 30% of tickets on average. With the latest advancements in LLMs, we improve this experience by automatically learning from training data and automating resolution paths with much higher accuracy.
We personally answered over 1,000 REAL customer queries for our pilot client while dog-fooding our product, making sure we could understand and improve upon all the details that impact the agents' experience. Through countless iterations, we ensure that our tool can cover even the nuanced questions.
