@kristofertm this too – amazing PS skills right here I highly encourage the team behind this product to consider removing wifi functionality. This product could be sold in stores globally, but adding the tech complicates things. Listen to the people!

@bentossell Hey Ben thanks a lot for your comment. What we wanted to create was just a new sharing experience for people while enjoying their beer. Instead of running to pick up their phone and start chatting about it... For us it was not really about the wifi board. We are just 3 good friends that always enjoyed a beer together, with traveling and work we end up most of the time having it alone, and then texting on messenger to each other about that moment.... This is how we came up with the idea about sharing while opening so need to use the phone. But we didnt want just to do a "sharing opener", as you said the first function of the opener is to open a bottle, this is why we wanted to design what we think could be the smoothest way of opening a bottle so we redesigned it as it is with one hand only, carving it from solid wood. This is our intention it might seem abit crazy :) but if you like the design i hope you could support for this on kickstarter will have an option without the board too ;)

@choukarim hmm honestly I'm not too familiar with the situation of opening a beer, picking up my phone and start chatting about it either ;) I think its a cool bottle opener without all the wifi fluff
