New to Boost.space and the whole "Two-way Data Sync" game? Let me give you a quick overview of the "WHYs." ๐
Our Origin Story ๐
Our journey began five years ago with our founder, @tadeas_marek, who was, at the time, a Marketing Director at Praga Global. Faced with the challenge of managing vast amounts of data across various cloud tools, he saw the need for a unified solution. Something that would enable him and the entire company to build a Single Source of Truth. One place that would contain standardized data for all data types and use two-way sync to keep all tools synchronized.
The Current Landscape ๐ผ
Even today, businesses juggle multiple cloud tools. They use Slack for communication, Asana/Monday or ClickUp for project management, HubSpot or Salesforce for sales, Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, or Twitter to run ads, and Google Workspace or MS365 for daily tasks, among many others. Recognizing this gap, Boost.space was envisioned to streamline these processes. A regular company uses approx. 20 tools on a daily basis. What about you? Are you able to keep your data synced? Most likely not. But what if you could?!
Our Achievements & Partnerships ๐ฏ
Despite initial skepticism, we always believed in the power of Data Centralization and Synchronization. But - how to actually build such a tool as a "no-code" solution? That's where our collaboration with Make.com, a top-tier iPaaS solution, comes into play. On top of that - we received OAuth Verifications from over 150+ major software giants, including Microsoft, Google, Meta, HubSpot, and Notion. We've won #1 Product of the Day, #4 Product of the Week, and ended up being a runner-up for a Golden Kitty Award 2023 in the Data & Data Security category.
Our Growth & Future Plans ๐
We've marked our presence with over 5,500 companies across 120+ countries. Our next goal is to integrate AI into Boost.space for Data Transformation, Data Enrichment, and an AI Assistant that can read your business data in real time. Imagine being able to ask questions like "Which market should we target based on last year's sales?" or "Who's been the star employee this quarter?" Imagine the power of AI over your standardized data... crazy ๐คฏ
@tadeas_marek@matous_kralik Simply awesome! Love that you now have better documentation, specifically for users like me! And it was a fun live stream yesterday even though I disappeared in the beginning! Link to the live stream: https://www.youtube.com/live/UYL...
Wow... I've seen enterprise software a while back that cost over $1M/year to combine data sources like this.
What are the limitations? In other words, if you have two ERPs with millions of customers, is that all good? Obviously that fall into the high tiered pricing but I guess the question is if it can scale up.
Building and managing all these integrations must be BRUTAL! Awesome work & congrats on the launch!
@anthony_latona Thank you for the kudos and the insightful question! It's great to see your interest, especially given the complexity of managing and integrating data from multiple sources like ERPs, even when we're talking about millions of customers. Yes, our platform is designed to handle large-scale data integrations and is optimized for high-volume environments. The architecture is built to scale, ensuring that businesses with extensive datasets can leverage our system effectively.
I understand the curiosity and the specifics you're looking for, and I'd love to dive deeper into how our platform can meet your needs. How about we set up a call to discuss this further? We can cover the technical aspects, scalability, and how we manage integrations without getting into the weeds of brutal complexity. It would be a great opportunity to showcase what we've built and how it can benefit your operations.
Let me know if you're interested, and we can arrange a demo at a time that suits you, no personal info needed. Just a chance to see our solution in action and answer any questions you might have.
Thanks again for reaching out, and I'm looking forward to the possibility of showing you what we've built!
@tadeas_marek I really appreciate the offer but I'm not in the market at the moment. Just reminiscing about crazy demos from years ago. The platform would show this huge data integration and then mention the price starts at $50K/mo so we were quickly out lol
But, it's great to know something affordable AND scalable is out there!
Congrats Matous! Such a big accomplishment on Appsumo. Managing data is becoming the most important task for every maker. Congrats on this new launch and all the best here my friend! Keep on that way!
@german_merlo1 Thank you so much! Your support means the world to me, especially coming from someone who understands the significance of data management in today's world. This journey on Appsumo has been incredible, and your encouragement fuels my motivation to keep pushing forward. Here's to more milestones and successes ahead. Cheers, my friend!
I am still unsure about the advantages of centralizing all data. And what level of effort is required to do this?
Anyway, congratulations on the launch!
@bonvisions Hi Bon, the concept of building a Single Source of Truth helps streamline your data flows and makes it easier to empower your tools to exchange data and work together like a single organism.
Look great :) will definitely give a try. Just curious: is โchatโ to create a process possible? AI process creator basically (similar to what another famous integration tool now has..) ?
Two way data sync is phenomenal. This definitely helps automating businesses using multiple tools with smoother synchronization via Boost.Space. Congratulations on your launch to Product Hunt and keep the rapid development going. Cheers!!
@matous_kralik@naz_haque Thank you so much, Naz Haque! Your excitement about the Boost Academy fuels our enthusiasm even more. It's been quite the journey since last year, and having your support along the way makes all the difference. Here's to more exciting developments and learning together at the Boost Academy! ๐๐
Boost.space is one of the best tool I have used so far. Previously, I was using ActivePieces and API-X for automations - but this tool has changed the game ๐ฅ
If youโre in need of a Zapier alternative, then I highly recommend checking this one! Plus, it comes with Make integration, so you can use all features from Make in Boost Space with added benefits.
An incredible automation platform for data consolidation in an Airtable-like environment. The Make.com integration is seamless and works very well - feels like magic! There is a learning curve but it's 100% worth the effort. I find new uses for Boost.Space daily and I'm excited about their development. Don't miss this one.
Congrats on the launch Matous and Tadeas!
Your app looks very clean and technically impressive.
Are there any limitations when it comes to the types of data that you can sync to Boost Space?
@robhallam Thank you so much for your kind words and congratulations! We're thrilled to hear that you find our app both clean and technically impressive.
Regarding your question about data types, Boost Space is designed as a versatile, no-code cloud database that allows you to save virtually any type of data you need. We understand that every business has unique needs, which is why we offer a wide range of pre-made templates for typical business data types such as products, contacts, orders, tasks, and invoices. These templates are there to make things easier and more accessible, especially for common business needs.
However, the beauty of Boost Space lies in its flexibility. You have full freedom to customize and manage your data as you see fit, beyond these predefined types. Our platform is built to adapt to your specific requirements, whether you're handling standard business information or something more unique to your operations.
In short, there are no hard limitations on the types of data you can sync with Boost Space. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive, user-friendly solution that empowers you to manage your data efficiently, without the need for complex coding.
We're here to support your data management journey every step of the way, so if you have any more questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out. Thanks again for your interest in Boost Space!
Congratulations on the ProductHunt launch ๐
I was one of the early adopters and I knew that Boostspace will turn out to be solid tool.
Best of luck with the campaign ๐
Only platform to have Autotask PSA integration- please add more MSP-focused app and youโll grab a huge other market on that alone, itโs a big problem in the industry and this *could* be the solution, looking forward to more. Only issue is while I purchased the largest tier I still canโt get support to assist in connecting it and we have like 40 API connections in Autotask so itโs not user error. Been told escalation a few weeks ago and havenโt heard back, that being said I know you guys are busy. Holding onto hope that we could drop our Zapier Autotask needs (currently only โcertifiedโ connector, actually needed for many tools like our client portal for ticket visibility and alerts.
Centralized ticketing would be a godsend I.e. Autotask PSA and WHMCS are 2 major siloโs systems which weโve tried so many different solutions that just never ended up working.
If you guys achieved โservice deskโ syncing, especially in the multi-tenant MSP (managed service providers) space this would be an absolute game changer. We have tickets come in through:
- Autotask PSA โ (only platform besides Zapier that does this)
- HubSpot tickets โ (sync for records with corresponding contacts and companies)
- WHMCS โ ๐คฌ while connector exists it is very limited
- ITGlue โ๏ธ (sync and pull on relevant assets, Autotask already syncs Autotask tickets companies contacts etc)
- iLert ticket alerts and tool (now syncs data)
- BetterStack alerting and ticket creation and resolution
- RMM Software (Datto RMM, Ninja, ScreenConnect/ ConnectWise)
And much more
Food for thought and profits!
congrats @tadeas_marek and @matous_kralik on the creation and development of Boost.space 3 . I needed a tool to communicate between ecom platforms and custom CMS system. This should be the tool to finally let that happen.
At the moment everyone is talking about Boot.space in my community. I have been on their webinars and am looking forward to implement automation into my business. Especially the Built-in Make.com Integrator with way more than a thousand integrations that comes with Boot.space. What I love most about Boot.space is the team behind it, they communicate a lot with the community and that is a brilliant start!
For over 15 years, I have complained that data is siloed and there is no easy way to interchange data with a single point of truth. This solution is incredible and that it provides access to the make.com engine as well is the cherry on the cake!
