@mscccc Hi Mike, before starting a Hangout session, we suggest you to quit and relaunch the Hangout browser/app. Now, please ensure that Boom 2/3D is already launched. Next, start with the hangout session. Here, you will find a Settings icon in the top right side. Once clicked, you will see options to change the Speakers. Choose BoomAudio under the same and it should work. Hope that helps.
@mscccc Had a lot of issues with Boom 2. When it worked, it was awesome. But too unreliable to keep. Uninstalled. :-(

Alright I just connected my Airpods to my Macbook with Boom3D and cranked up the 3D intensity. Massive improvement to the music listening experience around the house (keeping the freedom of movement with Spotify on Apple Watch).
A+! I was skeptical and didn't buy the first version of the app, but this is great.
Just tried the Trial version, mind blown. 😍 Listening to music without Boom 3D is dull now. Will buy it for sure after the trial.
Few suggestions:
1. Current Single User plan is priced for 2 Macs, make a plan for 1 Mac, and price it around $10 or so.
2. Provide Apps Volume Controller even when Boom 3D is turned off.
3. Allow turning on Boom 3D for specific apps. I want it just for Spotify, and Apple Music, I prefer unaltered audio from Google Chrome.
I'll be the happiest if you add these features. Thanks for this app. 💯🔥
Got it for the Mac and love it. Any roadmap for iOS? Bought the Family package thinking my wife and I could use it on our iPhone, but there's only integrations for my Music, Dropbox and GDrive :(
@csciolla agreed. If they reply: spotify integration should be #1 on the list for mobile, in my opinion.
It's gimmicky but I love this product and it works great. V2 was awesome and this one is better. I love the individual output controls too...

Boom 2 makes the sound perfect in my headphones, it's one of the most useful app. I'm sure Boom 3D is the app to get if you have a home cinema or speakers everywhere in your house. @shreyas and @rohithbhat why is Boom not available on Android?
@charlesthiery Boom 3D sounds great even on headphones. And you can always try it out before you buy...

Was desperately searching for something that would give me more control over the EQ via the Mac. Stumbled on this and bought it flat out within the first listening experience. The difference with Boom3D is night and day. Keep up the great work!
This seems really impressive. How does it compare to Waves NX. I have that on my Mac and iOS devices. This demo seemed to have more precision placement of source. (Also I was unable to hear sound when playing this on my iPad Pro so i went to the App Store).

@chrismessina hey Chris, just upgraded, but I think you guys are not applying the upgrade discount properly to CAD users. Either that or the exchange rate is off!
@jaxson Hi, The price for our products is identical everywhere around the globe. Tax differs. Our eCommerce partner Comecero is Headquartered in the US. The tax calculation is done based on the "Point of Transaction" which is your country.
If a sale takes place from country, as per the rules, they are supposed to collect the tax and file it with the sale origin country.
The amount is converted to USD for the final records purposes.

🤚 When you know the program everything is very simple, but at the beginning there is no good orientation so you end up understanding the options to trial and error

I love this product, but the process of upgrading from Boom 2 and then on-boarding Boom 3D is astoundingly obnoxious.

The game became more alive as if I was playing in a cinema. Currently set to 3D surround with the base level increased a little above default. Defiantly considering getting a full copy. Well done.
I purchased this a week ago after the trial expired and it still says trial expired and doesn't let me use it. When I click on the account screen it is all white. When I try to do forgot password I get an error.
I emailed their support about this 7 days ago and still haven't heard a response. I DO NOT recommend giving these unscrupulous people your money.
