@dance17219 Thanks. The Outlook integration syncs automatically with your existing calendars, but you'll need to set it up with your Microsoft account. Our package management feature allows customers to customize services to fit their needs. We’re continuously working on improvements and planning future updates to enhance the user experience.

I suggest including a feature to automate reminders for appointments. It would add even more convience to the booking process
Consider adding a feature for automated reminder or follow up. It could enhance the user experience and reduce no show.
