Great, I just started looking for my gym workbook recently and didn't found it, hope this app could replace it.

Hey hunters! Bolt is a new workout tracker and discovery platform for organizing your exercise routines, finding exciting new ones, recording your progress, and transforming your body. For the past few weeks, we've been beta testing Bolt with a community of 150 active gym-goers, and we couldn't be more excited to announce a new major update called Discover. With Discover, users can easily download challenging and engaging workout routines on the fly. We've launched with a handful of curated workouts and we'll be adding more as we begin to partner with personal trainers and athletes around the world. We envision Discover to be just like the App Store, but for free workout routines. With Thanksgiving over and the New Year on the horizon, there's no better time to gear up with Bolt. If you have any questions or feedback, I'd love to hear it! Bryan

@bryandubno hi just downloaded Bolt, will try it soon and give more feedbacks, but it seems very attractive to me already =))
Bryan
@nhuphan0404 Thanks Winnie! Feel free to post here or email at support [at] workoutwithbolt.com if you have any feedback or feature requests :)

@bryandubno Hi Bryan! Congratulations to you and your team for a fantastic product here with Bolt. It's amazing. I just wanted to take this opportunity to also make you aware about REMITR. It is something that you would benefit from immensely. REMITR is an online platform for small, medium and large businesses to pay their international contractors, suppliers and business partners. Our blockchain based platform along with a flat fee of only CA$5 on all transfers, we offer one of the cheapest, fastest and safest way of sending and receiving money globally. Looks great. Some things I would to see love are 1) A website version so people could upload previously tracked workout data, 2) Videos (or descriptions/images) of the exercises/motions, as some may have different names in different places. 3) A way to sort workouts in the Discovery section, and 4) time estimations in the Discovery section. Overall, I can't wait to get started!
Bryan
Thanks for the feedback @brettewatson! Great suggestions. Videos/descriptions/images are coming in the next update. I love your ideas around Discovery -- especially 'time estimation' -- perhaps a level of difficulty for each workout too? Keep an eye out for updates!
Mike Fiorillo
This looks very cool, will give it a try. Curious @bryandubno ... how do you curate the workout programs?
Bryan
@mikefiorillo thanks for checking it out! Right now it's a mix of routines, but we'll be moving to featuring exclusive workouts from personal trainers and athletes around the world. This week's issue of Discover features Eric Guilmette, who created three different workout routines for us.

Hi Bryan, this is exactly what I’ve been looking for for several weeks 🙏 Do you have any ETA when the new update will be up? Mainly the videos or images for each exercise would be awesome (I have to look for many of them on google to see wtf is going on) Also, what’s the logic behind the number of reps? There are mostly 3x3 which seems pretty low for intense workout. Maybe some setting could fix this (e. g. few reps with huge weight for bulking, more reps with lighter weight to shaping etc.) However, looks pretty cool. Can’t wait for more features and updates.
Bryan
@iamlukaszajic thanks for the feedback! The next update will be out before the end of the month and will include images/videos and written instructions. I like the idea around different settings for bulking/toning/shaping! We're going to be looking at different ways to categorize and label workouts in Discover, so keep an eye of for updates there. If you come across anything else, feel free to send me an email in-app, thanks again!

I am enjoying this app. Really wish it integrated with apple Health for recording workouts. Is there any plans for that in the future?
Bryan
@alexanderussell definitely! It's one of the most requested features. Expect to see Apple Health integration in a future update! Also, feel free to submit any other feature requests in-app in the Settings tab :)
Bryan
@alexanderussell You can find Apple Health integration in the latest version of Bolt now :)
Nikolay Siabrenko
Very useful, thanks for app 😉
Aaron O'Leary
Any plans to allow users make their own workouts?
Bryan
Hi @aaronoleary, definitely! Users can currently make their own workout routines for personal use and soon they’ll be able to share those directly with friends. While Discover is currently curated, eventually we'll have an upload system that allows anyone to share their content through the platform!

No hope for Android?
Jake Tran
Android? :(
Waseem Sader
Great app! I just sent you guys the Apple Health feature request and then came onto Product Hunt and saw your response to the same request above. That’ll be great!
Bryan
Thanks @waseemsader, you can find the Apple Health integration under the Settings tab in the latest version of Bolt!
Matteo Gasparello
Hi Brian, do you have plans to release it for Android?
Hovo Evans
@tatevik_bijoyan sounds similar? :D
Bryan
@tatevik_bijoyan @hovo_evans hi Hovo! What’s it similar to?
Hovo Evans
@bryandubno we're developing a dog character for Instagram, called Mars Boltwin and he's obsessed with Bolts 😄
