Hi Product Hunt! 👋 The "good old" Google Docs share screen has been our go-to, even after trying multiple meeting productivity apps. The bad part about it is all the repetitive tasks to set it up for each meeting you host. That's why we created Bluu: a Google Doc built for meetings. 👉 What does Bluu do? @sebfeed Next clear thing is having a centralized place for all your notes from different past meetings + a place to plan upfront for future ones. The other is making it simpler to interact with the canvas. We are also exploring some other fun features (like "hey Bluu") !

Must of tool for remote meetings, Congratulations @martin_carrica1 and @ivan_itzcovich. With so many meetings in the remote world, this will give us the structure to stick to the agenda and time.

I've been using Bluu in calls with my customers. It's been great! Bluu is so well integrated w/ Google Suite and Zoom that makes my efforts close to zero in using it. I love the fact that the meeting agenda is already there on the screen and everyone can see it when the meeting starts and also love the fact that Bluu automatically sends an email with notes and to-do list, right after the meeting ends. It saves a lot of time and also gives my clients a more professional feel towards my services.

This tool is awesome, is great to prepare and structure meetings. The best part is that you have a timer on every meeting so you don't lose track of what are the key points of the call.

Congrats @martin_carrica1!! Love the idea of google docs for meetings. Often you want to take down some quick shared notes during a meeting. Very smart to start with single player mode to encourage adoption.

@bonafidehan exactly, make it easy to use! We tried some of the company wide adoption tools and there was always someone that forgot to log in - made them hard to use!
