@andrewrlin Good question - I wondered the same thing.
Before/after early morning surfs I use a snowpeak giga power stove. It's pretty small, heats anything rapidly, and would probably fit into this kit.
@andrewrlin Just wait for the expansion pack that contains a small BPA-free canister, a water filtering device, replacement filter cartridges, as well as a micro-USB powered mini kettle, pH-test strips and a mirco-fiber cloth all neatly packed in yet another bag.
And if that's not enough...wait for the R.I.Y. ("roast it yourself") starter kit. All the machinery comes neatly packed in a Samsonite hard-shell suitcase, which can easily be checked in when flying, so that you never-ever have to "peasantly" drink coffee that was roasted a day ago.
You know just the travel essentials ;)
"For us, designing the Timbuk2 x Blue Bottle Travel Kit meant considering a wide range of coffee obsessives: the urban traveler, weary of stale hotel selections. The weekend adventurer, gearing up for a surf session or camping trip. The road tripper, now liberated from the scorched (and sometimes blueberry-flavored) disappointments of gas station urns. Starting now, the proper tools are collected and within reach. It’s time to Brew Where You Are."
