When I was in grad school, I studied HRM and organizational psychology -- you'd be shocked by how far the science and research have come in the last 5 years in the professional development field. The days of coaching being a loose "art" are long gone - there's a ton of evidence-based coaching techniques and processes that are proven to improve outcomes like productivity, burnout & stress management, confidence, and goal attainment.
We've been working with our advisors and researchers to distil these advances into a modern UX that users can engage with regularly to accelerate their growth and track their progress.

I've been a Blossom user since it was in closed beta, and MY OH MY how far it has come! Blossom has really fantastic coaches (shout-out to coach Kelly!) that really know their stuff and care about their clients. I've always heard from many past managers and mentors the value of working with a coach, but never thought it was something I could afford until later in my career.
