Powered by OpenAI's GPT 4, you can speak to AI, and it will automatically categorized and logged expenses. Find out how much you spent on groceries last month without clicking around. Just ask the AI, and it'll browse the entries and answer you. πŸ‘€ + πŸ’ = 🀩

Hi Product Hunt Community, Tracking our expense and income is always something tedious or even tiring. That's why we built Blahget, a true AI personal finance assistant. It's like a real assistant, where you can just speak, and it will do things for you. For example, when you're logging, editing or deleting expenses, you can just ask, no need to type or tapping around. We want to bring a whole new personal finance experience when interacting with phones/ computers. We combine the natural language interaction and minimize the user interface, so our UI is just so simple yet powerful that everyone from 15yr to 95+ yr old can easily use. We build product with the idea of AI-first in mind, and we focus on delivering a truely smart, accurate, fast experience. There are many "AI tools" out there that basically just toys or side projects. But I garentee you Blahget is not. Blahget is a battle-tested app when our first batch of users LOVE using it in their everyday life. The positive feedback is overwhelmed, thus we decided to come to Product Hunt to introduce it and access to more users. Please download it and try it out, you will be amazed by how AI can be so useful nowaday. We are building much more powerful features and will deliver periodically, so please stay tuned! Have a great day everyone! Sean

Congratulations on the launch of Blahget! The voice-based AI expense tracker sounds incredibly user-friendly and efficient. How does the app handle importing previous transactions to provide a comprehensive expense history? All the best to the team!
Sean Chen
@viswanatha We're working on importing transactions from another app as well. We're working on using AI to address different formats so our Blahget can import universal format of transactions from any app. All the best to you!

Great job and great idea! Are you considering automating the transactions? I really like your examples of queries, such as "how much did I spend today." It's a great use. Are you using AI to do the math? I've had some problems with complex math questions on AI.
Sean Chen
@yanffernandes By automating the transactions do you mean recurring transactions like Netflix subscription? We're working on this feature and will be releasing soon! Imagine you can just say "My Netflix subscription is 5th every month for $9.99", and Blahget will automatically organize the recurring fee and you can edit these recurring fee anytime like "Stop my Netflix fee starting from next 5th". LLM is incredibly bad at math calculation, so we provide tool for the AI to do basic math expression evaluating. For more complex math problem, I believe it's better to give LLM tool like Python code exec, although you have to make sure the code exec needs to be safely used.

Sounds like a great idea!
