@brooks_forsyth Thanks for pointing out the dead link - we've deployed a fix. Also, our onboarding flow has cc info at the beginning, so unfortunately it can't be skipped. However, unsubscribing is super easy and there's a 30 day free trial window.

Hi ProductHunters, First off - thanks to @hnshah for hunting us! It has been nearly a year since we started building Better Ai - the family's personal AI assistant. This project originated from my needs as a person and parent who felt like their brain was melting from all the information I had to carry around and remember. I realized I didn't want to manage everything by myself (or even at all, for that matter). I wanted someone else to do it for me. So I decided to build an AI assistant platform, where any person or household could create their own assistant and start to incorporate the benefits you might experience by having a remote assistant working for you - except at a fraction of the cost. I knew from the start that I wanted to create the most 'human' experience possible and decided for that reason that this wouldn't be a mobile app. If it is person, I would interact with them via text - so we built the Better Ai assistant experience around SMS. Need your assistant to do something? Send them a text. Currently, the assistant can help you in 3 ways. Those are: Calendar, Reminder and Remember. You can add/delete/reschedule calendar items (along with asking your assistant whats on your calendar for a specific time range) and you can create reminders for yourself or for another member of your family/household who is added in the web app profile. 'Remember' allows you to tell the assistant something, or send them a picture, and ask them to remember it. When you need to have that info again later on, you can ask the assistant to show it to you. We feel like 'sky's-the-limit' in regards to future functionality. Each day we are dreaming up cool features that won't even feel like an 'update' - rather just a new skill your friend has to offer you. Please try it out!
