Great product! I love your website design; a few years ago, I was working on a similar idea but decided to pivot; I'm happy that somebody else is seeing value in making client collaboration more formulate and transparent.

Although I don't personally have a need for the app, I really liked the website's design and overall aesthetic.
I went ahead and did a quality control session of your new website to help you spot issues early on; I only found 1-2 major things, but I've got quite a few suggestions / recommendations for you nonetheless.

A couple of years ago, I found myself in the middle of a few processes with different companies: incorporating in the EU, getting a refund from an airline, obtaining visas, filing taxes… etc. 🤷♀️ Some of the businesses had custom-built client portals/login areas. And none of them used any simple third-party tools to build customer-facing workflows!
