Nothing has been build. But they declined to return payments.

Guess that it's a quite decent application. Now it can't compete with Wix, Godaddy, Mobirise but I do really like its potential.

The preview of the site is poor quality. Looks awful and you can tell it needs a lot of tweaking. Once you get into the design editor, you're extremely limited at what you can do. You can only left align, right align or center photos and text. There's no way to just bump it over a little bit. Then the whole system is buggy. I tried to change images and sizing in multiple areas with not results. When I contacted customer support they said they could make the changes I needed but at a cost of $75 an hour! That's the trick right there. they make it nearly impossible to edit yourself and then charge you to do it. Also they charge you monthly for the site even if it isn't live yet. on any other DYI site builder you can build your site to completion and then when you're ready to go live you pick a subscription and start paying for it. I gave them 2 projects to work on and they failed miserably at both. I'm a fair guy. I thought maybe the first job was a fluke but they churn out crap every time! It doesn't look good, they promise you the moon in order to get you to purchase the software and then after you purchase they tell you their software can't do it. then continuously charge you even when the site isn't live and issue no refunds whatsoever. I hate this company and all they stand for. May God have mercy on their crooked souls

Out of the $300 paid initially, only $75 were refunded. When asked to return that remaining $225 that, they claim, were used for "design work" they stopped responding completely.

Pros:

Good sales team, friendly -- definitely good at getting people signed up with a deposit. Of course, that's about all the pros there are.

Cons:

No phone number to reach the customer service team -- have to email ahead and schedule. No reply - no scheduled phone call.

Awesome product and awesome team!! Says a lot that you are listening to the customer when designing your new products!

I gave them hundreds of dollars and literally got nothing. I do NOT recommend doing business with b12!

Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. A complete scam. Their 'design team' is a joke but their support is worse. I requested another designer because mine showed no interest or ability to help me and they never contacted me again. The only way to cancel your account is to send them a message and they don't respond. I'm now in the process of reporting this garbage company to the BBB and having my credit card company refund my subscription. Horrible, an absolute joke of a company.

Not recommended if you want to build a professional website. Perfect for Garage Sale or Worms selling shops. Impossible to get a refund. Terrible, not creative designers, with "I Don't Care" attitude. AVOID>AVOID >AVOID THIS SCAM

Hey guys! Trust me, I didn't think I'd ever pay to get a website designed. Initially thought it was a waste of money, but wasn't getting the results I wanted creating it on my own. So, I reached out to B12 a little less than a year ago, and now knowing the quality and service they provide, I wish I didn't waste that time doing trying to do it on my own. They've gone above and beyond in trying to make sure that I was up to speed with each step of the process. Whenever I wanted to get on the phone with a representative to change the website's layout or add a feature, they made sure it was scheduled at a convenient time for me. It's smarter to get the professionals to do it. Allocate that time towards other important aspects of your business (like improving your customer experience and selling). In business, first impressions are the only impressions which matter! First impressions greatly influence how a prospective client will view your business. In a mere few seconds a visit to your website can either leave a favorable impression of your firm or move your firm to the bottom of the list. Since joining B12 over one year ago, I honestly and truthfully can say that I now have a very professionally and appealing website which always lacked with other website developers in the past. I do not have deep pockets or a huge advertising budget. I am a small accounting firm owner in Los Angeles, so the competition for new business development can be tough. Some would even go as far to suggest it is impossible to compete with some of the larger accounting firm’s which have larger advertising budgets and can spend more when designing and developing a professional website. As a business owner, I must wear many hats but I know my own limitations. My specialty is accounting not website development. There comes a time when you realize you cannot do it all yourself. I have used many website developers over the last several years and I just never had that “wow” factor or the feeling of a strong impression with my website when created by other developers. If I wanted that “wow” factor I was offered the next higher up tier level. That next tier level was out of my already tight budget and was no guarantee it would be any better than the website I already had. I then heard about this AI website developer known as B12. I then did my due diligence. I reviewed some sample B12 websites and my first impression was that of a “wow” factor. Of course, I had to see for myself if the same could be achieved for my personal business needs. I provided some information about my firm to B12 and within a very short period of time, I had a new website for my firm which went way above and beyond my expectations. And, this was just their first run! It was at that time I decided to transfer my website services to B12. It has been one of the best business decisions I have made for my firm. Now after one year, I have received many compliments and positive feedback regarding the first impression and very professional look and feel my firm’s website has. For me, B12 has leveled the playing field and has allowed me to compete for new business and continue my business growth. That is the goal of every small business owner.

Don't go with this company. They will sell you on 'AI' technology and in-house designers who charge hourly and deliver total garbage. Their designers basically change colors around in pre-existing templates - I could've done this in 20 minutes. Yet they wasted 4.5 'design' hours and hundreds of dollars on a generic looking website that would've made my company look totally unprofessional. When I asked for a refund, I was told it's 'company policy' NOT to give refunds, which is a smart policy to have when operating a bad service. Customer service requires you schedule 30 minutes vs. just call/email when you really need them. Scam. Do yourself a favor, go to 99designs and get WAY better results.

My review is a bit different than most, in that I never successfully launched a website with B-12. Due to some unique circumstances-- some attributable to my complete lack of experience, and some attributable to all I wanted on the website-- I needed to go elsewhere to launch my website. What really impressed me, though, is that once B-12 saw the problem, they were very kind and gracious in assisting me to get the help I needed. I much appreciate their professional and personal response.

The web site looks great and the guy that help me was wonderful. Do not like was told when signed up they will help me promote business and get new clients that is why went with them and have not got any new clients yet.
