Wish I had seen this sooner 🔥 We just had to make the call between screening based on a resume, or setting up 30+ intro calls to learn more about specific candidates, and this would have short circuited that decision. Short video responses to questions tailored to someone's resume would make our screening round more thorough without too much candidate effort.
