@singh_ankur this looks like a cool product, but I haven't been able to get it to work. I set everything up, but when I ask the agent to do something, it just sits at "thinking..." for about a minute and then an error pops up that says "failed to respond. You exceeded your current quota".
I checked on the OpenAI side and I haven't hit a quota.
You gave some example use cases, but could you also give some example prompts to do those use cases? So far I haven't been able to get it to do anything.

@steve_harman We will be improving that part. Role should be the goal the agent should achieve, like "Find the products launched on producthunt today" etc.

Excited to bring AutoGPT in front you
With ChatGPT you have to prompt it to complete a task. But with AutoGPT, you can set it a goal and it can self prompt itself to achieve the goal by self-reflection. It even has access to search the internet to achieve it's goals.
Try giving it various goals and have fun
What am I doing wrong? I try giving it a basic task like "give me a list of polo shirts under $40" and it just keeps recursively generating new tasks that state the problem in different ways but never actually does anything. Is that too complex of a problem for it?
@mrwinterje It works best with GPT-4. If you are using GPT-3.5, it can give suboptimal results
Do you plan on giving the option to change out the controller model? I can imagine using GPT4 as the controller is going to rack up my costs on the API. But if I were able to select GPT3.5 Turbo, I'd be able to run it a lot more knowing it would be pretty cheap to run

(side note: I also have it installed on my computer and it was so cool seeing it run in my terminal)
Congrats on the launch. Would be possible to connect the agent with tools such as google calendar to make appointments based on email requests?
