We're really excited about ways that the latest innovation in AI can improve the CRM space. In particular, we think there is a huge opportunity to create structured data (and automations that run on it) from unstructured sources like Emails, Video Calls and Slack channels.

I'm Jamie, a Senior Product Engineer here at Attio and lead for Automations! I'm so thrilled to be able to finally share the culmination of literally MONTHS of our lives.
Automations began as a fun little technical demo, playing around with a visual builder and some multiplayer technology. I remember our first show and tell, where we got the entire team to jump on and see how many cursors it could handle. It’s insane to see how far it’s come, and its transformation into a foundational part of so many of our internal (and early testers) processes from engineering 👨💻 to finance 💸.
We wanted to get Automations out to the world but rest assured we’re already working on even more incredibly powerful functionality that we both can’t wait to share, but also use ourselves!

Hello community. Having personally used this feature for the last months, I can say it has been a game changer for our sales team. From automatically updating fields to sending updates to our Slack channel when we get a win, it has allowed us to improve our collaboration with a remote team. Congrats Attio team on this awesome launch!

Attio Automations are designed to provide structured automations on top of our CRM product, which gives you a single place to combine customer and product data.
Our AI blocks sit on top of OpenAI and Google Vertex APIs to provide LLM powered magic based on that data context. We're super excited about OpenAI's new GPT library - we see it as a logical next step for the OpenAI platform and we'd love to allow customers to call those newly created GPTs through our Automation tool.
You can think of Attio Automations as an orchestration layer for calling different products and services in reaction to data changes - if the most helpful integration to call is a GPT then we want to make that possible!
Being one of the few beta testers of Attio, I'm thoroughly impressed every time I open the product. The level of robustness and the well-designed CRM never cease to amaze me. Moreover, I've noticed how the product has had new updates every week since the beginning of this year, which is truly remarkable.

Huge release- we’ve been using this feature for the past 3 months and I have to say it’s been super useful to automatically surface users that have been using our product a lot and that we hadn’t reached out to!
Love the "Automations" feature! it's super-easy to use and clutter free (which is a key thing when building workflows), and it saves the need to add a 3rd party tool like zapier, just to get the 4-5 main things done. In general, i'm a big fan of in-app workflow tools (like airtable has), because they are just easy to start with and get the basic things done. For complex things there's make or zapier.

Attio is by far one of the most promising CRM systems out there. We've recently signed up to Attio and have not regretted it since. Can't wait to unlock and enhance how we work using Automations. Great work team!
