Attio gives you all the tools you need to build the perfect CRM for your team.
π Sync your email & calendar and build a CRM in minutes
βοΈ Build unique workflows exactly to your business needs
βοΈ Iterate & scale easily with integrations and enriched data
Hi everyone! I'm Nick, the co-founder and CEO of Attio, a CRM that combines the power of an advanced data architecture with the magical user experiences of no-code software.
Attio's mission is to build a CRM that is not only beautiful and intuitive but also powerful enough for businesses to iterate on their go-to-market motion and then scale. The idea is that you can mold it any way you want for any business use case or workflow on the fly.
CRMs are huge products, so we've spent the last three years focused on a set of powerful initial features that we think work really well for fast-moving startups:
β Email and calendar sync to build out your CRM within minutes of sign-up
β Powerful communication intelligence and data enrichment give you insight into all your team's relationships
β A flexible data architecture that can accommodate a huge array of GTM motions and use cases
β A super-fast and modern UI, backed by powerful keyboard shortcuts
β A super-flexible real-time reporting engine
β A Chrome extension that allows you to access your CRM from any webpage, with contextual support for LinkedIn and Twitter
We're also offering a generous free plan, perfect for teams just getting started.
Itβs been a long journey! Weβre excited to keep growing and shipping for many years to come. We're now officially out of beta and generally available, and we can't wait to hear your thoughts.
Iβm also here to answer any questions you might have :) Drop us a comment below!
@nicolassharp Congratulations on the launch of Attio, the customizable, collaborative CRM for startups. It's a great tool for boosting productivity and streamlining workflow. Well done & Good luck!
@nicolassharp Love it! looks amazing! I've built 80% of it over Notion.
Where are you on supporting LinkedIn and Twitter people and communication import (DMs and follows no likes, comments or mentions)
@nicolassharp OK, i couldn't help myself. signed up π₯³ is there a way to upload contacts and companies? notion connector/importer? LinkedIn using your extension?
Congrats for the launch and the Series A team! Love your LP, it's top notch! The product design looks great!
Does Attio fit a specific CRM purpose and is intended to a specific vertical/businesses? We're using Hubspot. If we were to decide to migrate how would that work?
@mehdi_rifai Hey Medhi, thanks for your support!
- Attio isn't intended for a specific vertical, rather a specific set of problems. We've focused a lot of flexibility because even within the same vertical businesses have really different ways of working and something as key as CRM needs to adapt. My co-founder wrote an blog post explaining some of the reasoning: https://attio.com/blog/why-sales...
- We have a CSV importer that makes it really easy to import data from other products. We're also here to help! support@attio.com
congratulations! I just created an account and will give it a try.
mainly I am looking for the following:
1. categorisation of accounts (custom tags, phases etc)
2. email to multiple contacts at once
3. insights/open rates
can you let me know which ones are included?
@nikolas_dimitroulakis Hi Nikolas π
We have amazing support for 1 and 2 - we'll even enrich your accounts automatically for you (but you can still create and configure your own tags if you prefer). Our email sending tool is really cool and allows you to send mass emails to all your contacts!
We do provide open tracking but we are still working to improve the insights we offer about email campaigns.
@alexander_christie thanks.
I have been trying out.
1. How can i import people or create people manually? I cant seem to be able to find that.
2. How can i add custom tags?
best,
@alexander_christie thanks. Can you please help me out? I havent been able to figure out how to create or import a new person and also how to assign tags :)
any link or support would be really appreciated.
Really like the fact that Attio combines flexibility (customization) and templates (best practice, easy to get started)
Been exploring a CRM and look forward to trying it out.
@andreyv Hey Andrey π
Thanks so much for your support!
We're currently working on improving our reporting and automation features as well as building out our integrations so that Attio is even easier to connect to your tools.
We have a lot more in the pipeline but these are the things we're ready to reveal for now πͺ
Congratulations on launching Attio! Looks like the perfect CRM for teams looking to sync their email and calendar and create unique workflows. I'm excited to see how it helps businesses!
Just upvoted! The communication intelligence cells are interesting. Have you thought about integrating recommendations? For example, something along the lines of the system telling you "hey you should probably reach out to this lead today since ..."
@kelvinh Hey Kelvin,
This is a super smart idea and one we want to expand on in the future. We see automation as a critical component of a CRM and these kind of helpful reminders are a really important part of that!
I don't have a timeline yet - but it's something we're actively working on and we like to ship fast π
@kelvinh Hey Kelvin,
Yes, absolutely. Now that the base data-model is in place we're working on a load of features that sit on top of our attribute system. Coming soon :)
Looks modern, also looks like a CRM that is come out of modern age product building π
Would love to know apart from Salesforce / Hubspot being the one's which is common in any enterprise company what sets you apart from the interactions you created also currently I don't see a lot of integrations in place which is going to super important... these would be my questions, and I genuinely don't want to use Salesforce so looking forward to your answers on these ^^ if it sounds good would love to switch πͺ
@iamarnob6543 Hey Arnob,
Thanks for the kind words - we've really tried to make Attio at home with a modern family of software tools!
In terms of what sets us apart from a tool like Salesforce, our user experience and speed of configuration (no consultants required!) are definitely the most important. Salesforce definitely have a wider family of integrations right now, but we make up for it by having a great Zapier and Make connector (for low code builders) and a powerful, easy to use API that makes connecting to your own products a cinch!
We have a free plan that you can use to test out Attio and we'd love to hear your feedback!
Check out Attio! They have a great CRM that is easy to use and can be customized to your team's needs. Plus, it integrates with your email and calendar so you can get started right away.
Been following you guys for a while, looks amazing. Heading over to try it out. Do you guys have (or plan to have soon) security certifications? SOC/ISO?
@ytross Hi Yaniv,
Thanks so much for checking out Attio! We take security extremely seriously and to help prove that we've undertaken both compliance programs.
Our SOC 2 is still in progress but we're ISO 27001 certified with a UKAS approved independent auditor - get in touch with us to request a copy of the certificate and SOA!
@alexander_christie Awesome. Just wanted to double check before syncing my entire company's data π
Going ahead now. Onboarding was a breeze, nice work :)
Congrats Nicolas and team on this launch. What I love about Attio are the design and the speed. I've played around it before and it's incredible how on very large lists of users all filters get applied within 300-400ms.
It's truly a technical marvel and I think this is the sort of things that go unnoticed when buying a tool, but that make a huge difference in the day to day
@frcbls Hey Ferruccio,
Thank you so much for your support!
Like you and your team at June, we think the best products are the ones that rely on amazing technology but give the user a beautiful, intuitive end result.
This is huge! Been using Attio for couple years now and we had to for a while go back to Hubspot due to their better integration with WhatsApp and I hated my life during that. So glad we are now back on Attio after a pivot took us away from WhatsApp π Congrats on the launch team!
Sooo sharp and clean! It's about time somebody made a sleek it-just-works alternative to Salesforce and all the clunky incumbents. Congrats on the launch, thank James Mulholland for drawing my attention to Attio!
Congrats, @nicolassharp and teamπ
On Deck has been using Attio and we're LOVING it. It's probably the most flexible yet delightful CRM I've used. Normally flexibility, customizability and power come with usability as a trade-off but the Attio product team has managed to build something incredibly robust.
@nicolassharp@gonsanchezs Hi Gonzalo π
Thank you so much for your support! We've loved working with the OnDeck team and we can't wait to see what you build on Attio next!
It's instantly beautiful. The simplistic design creates a feeling none of the other CRM does. Congrats on the launch, and thank you for your startup deal.
@dineshan_sithamparanathan Hi Sith π
Thank you so much for your support!
I'm glad you like the startup deal - I look forward to helping you grow your business!
Howdy-do, mates ! π€ Great job on getting your product on PH! You have done an outstanding job I'll definitely try it. I only have one question. What motivated you to create it?
@new_user_937170b1b4 Hi Alex π
I can't wait to hear what you think!
I've started a few startups in the past and CRM has always been a real pain point. Nick and I previously started a vertical CRM company for investors and we realised that every business is unique.
When you look at CRMs, Salesforce has clearly dominated the market but it's hard to use and doesn't feel like modern software. I wrote an article recently about this which might be of interest: https://attio.com/blog/why-sales...
With Attio, we are building the tool I always wanted - one that is quick, easy to use but still powerful enough to handle the unique shape of each startup!
