I have tried other meditation apps as well but could never form the habit. With Atom, I could actually develop that habit.
I would like to recommend it to people who really are looking forward to make meditation a part of their daily routine.
I think the main thing is to form the habit in the first place, and I think the way this app is designed (no doubt taking inspiration from behavioural science) makes it easier than I thought it would be. Hey @samvid_sharma1 I just tried the app. Liked it so far. I like the approach on really helping to commit to a moment of the day (I've failed so far in other apps on that point). Just wanted to suggest / recommend fine working on the audio, as I was distracted by some background noises, and even some "imperfections" in the way the voice is recorded: plosive sounds, other noises from the mouth (I have worked on audio recording, so maybe the issue is that my ear is trainned for that). I really think it helps when you feel in a kind of silent room, like in a no space. Cheers!

@samvid_sharma1 No problem! I can see you are building it. I really like the idea of "hacking" the behavior, I see it can go further beyond meditation to cover other habits. I almost finished my training but after a week (I skipped one day) I couldn't resume. It would start over as if I were a new user. Also found a bit confusing how or when to take the "written" lessons in each day. I guess that I would like to avoid reading at all when I am on "atom mood" and would rather "hear more". Or do those even shorter just as an intro. Overall, I still like the idea!

I completed my 21 days today. I can't be any more grateful. I have never seen so much empathy in a meditation app. The UI is simple. I have tried a lot of meditation apps, but could never stick to any one of them. Too many options blur me, gives me anxiety of how much I have to try. This app teaches you empathy plus it's an Atomic Habbits (by James Clear crash course). Kudos to the Designer, PM, founders, engineers, content writers for just making everything. I hope you slowly convert it into a 365 days app with a cute, sweet notification to remind me everyday! :) :)
Just wrote a review on Google Play and had to come here to say woah! What an app! For someone who never meditates, this app just gets it done YK, and it feels like it reaaaly cares. Haha idk if it sounds absurd. Anyway, thankyou so much for this.
Being a person with a very restless mind, Trying to meditate in the first place and then committing to it to form a habit is something I was never able to do!

Creating new habits is tough and creating a meditation habit would be really tough especially when everything moves so quickly and it's hard to carve out time for things like this. Looking forward to trying out the app to see if I can create a new habit!

I have tried making a habit of regular meditation in the past but never got past a few days' streak.
Love the way this product has been designed... I've used it for a week, and have managed to effortlessly integrate meditation in my routine. Nifty use of the Fogg model !
